At TABOO, we want you feel empowered by the life changing purchase you are making but we also want you to love the product you have for yourself!
Our returns policy exists in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We’ll allow you to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, some items are unreturnable. These items include:
• intimate products, including all sanitary items;
• gift vouchers; and
• charitable donations made through us to third parties; such as Vinnies Crisis Centre and NPY Women’s’ Council.
Returns and exchanges are only valid for items which are unused, in the same condition you received them in (including the original packaging) and which accompany a receipt, online tax invoice or adequate proof of purchase.
Please send all requests to [email protected], listing your reason for return along with your order number or appropriate invoice. We will then be in contact with you to discuss. Our team will work with you to provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. Any refunds will be refunded at the discretion of TABOO Sanitary Products.
In the unfortunate instance where you have not received your goods, it is your responsibility to inform TABOO Sanitary Products, upon notification we will investigate the circumstances and ensure delivery and receipt of your goods.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description;
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop-in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refunds received will be solely for the goods in question. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
