July Business Update

July Business Update

The Taboo team has had another busy month for July, taking some important steps to further the business. We kicked off the month with a team dinner at Izzy's house where new team members Alva and Ophelia finally got to meet the rest of the team in person and existing team members had a much needed catch up and chin wag. All this took place over some delicious pizza and wine! It was a welcome change from all the zoom meetings over the past few months.

Izzy and Eloise had the chance to speak with the One Girl team from Melbourne on Zoom. One Girl continues to fight to end Period Poverty in developing countries, even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We're incredibly proud to continue to work toward our first donation to One Girl.

Iz and Eloise also recorded a top secret podcast with a South Australia radio superstar. The podcast should launch soon so keep your eyes on our social media for the link to that one! We've also madly looking for a new office and warehouse space in Adelaide, as our current office is set to be demolished shortly.

150 boxes of Taboo product were delivered to Jabiru Kakadu for Women's Health Week and 54 boxes of product was delivered to a school on Bathurst Island, Northern Territory. For both of these deliveries we are planning on sending our customers a video update on where the product was distributed and how it was helpful to those communities.

Lastly, our retail sales at OTR and National Pharmacies have been going well and we're hopeful for new and exciting retail opportunities later this year! We're hoping all our boos across Australia and the world are staying healthy and safe. We're ever grateful for you continued support throughout these trying times.
