WHATS OUR PRODUCT MADE OF?
We're proud to say that our pads and tampons are made from soft, silky (certified) organic cotton and packaged in recycled cardboard boxes.
All created by a fantastic manufacturer that runs their factory off of hydroelectricity.
CAN I PERSONALISE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You sure can! Periods can change and so can your mind. Log in to your account and you can change your subscription and personal details. Email us at customerservice@tabooau.co if you have any issues!
I didn’t receive my TABOO products. What do I do?
Ooh, that doesn't sound right. Sounds like the best thing to do is contact us at
customerservice@tabooau.co and we'll investigate on our end.

WHAT IS PAD IT FORWARD?
The 'Pad-It-Forward Program' is a virtual exchange that allows you to purchase period products on behalf of someone else, for $7 per month. You can 'Pad It Forward' just the once or even multiple times throughout the year with our subscription. For more information click here.

As a social enterprise, we have committed our profits to the TABOO Foundation. The Foundation works on projects that move towards the eradication of period poverty within Australia. For more information contact us at home@tabooau.co
WHAT IS PERIOD POVERTY?
Period poverty is the struggle many low-income people face while trying to afford menstrual products. Menstrual products can place a huge financial burden on a household and so sometimes they are altogether missed out on leading to unsafe menstrual practices.This unfortunately is still a less talked about issue that plagues Australia.
What is TABOO’s period posse?
The Period Posse Ambassador Program is a volunteer program for passionate individuals who want to use their voice to make change around menstrual related issues. For more information on joining up, click here.
What is CYCLE SUPPLY?
Here at TABOO we believe that menstrual products should be as freely available as TP in the toilets of any organisation. Thats why we created Cycle Supply, which is a subscription service of pads and tampons for schools, workplaces, community centres and other venues. For more information on Cycle Supply, click here.
How do I calculate how much product I need?
Here at TABOO, we've made it easy for your school, workplace, community centre or venue to calculate exactly how many boxes you might need for a 'period' of time. We have calculators for your organisation that will allow you to customise your products based on cubicles and time. For more information click here.
