We provide quotes via our handy Cycle Supply Calculator. This calculator considers the average time spent in a workplace, considering sick days, holidays weekends etc. From here, you can create an account and place your order. If you have any questions about your quote, feel free to send us an email at customerservice@tabooau.co.

Although our calculator is designed to be as accurate as possible, we are aware that the number of period products required for any given workplace is of course nuanced and dependent on a variety of variables. If you believe that our calculator is not appropriate to estimate the needs of your organisation, simply send us an email at customerservice@tabooau.co. We’re happy to help! The other thing to keep in mind is that if you order too much stock, there is no expiry date on the product so you’ll just know to not order as much the next time!

You sure can! Simply make an account, add items to your cart, and then send us an email to customerservice@tabooau.co, letting us know you’ve done so. We’ll then take a look at this draft order from the backend of our site and send you an invoice accordingly. Once you’ve paid according to the invoice you’ve received, we’ll action the delivery of your order.

TABOO is currently curating some snazzy, environmentally considerate display units that can be wall mounted. In the meantime, we recommend you purchase our temporary display boxes available online through your Cycle Supply account. Everyone with an existing cycle supply account will be notified first when these display units are made available.

Yes! Your first order will come with 2x physical posters that can be displayed within your workplace (e.g. in bathrooms) to explain the initiative . We will also provide you with a QR code on your starter flyer linking to these same materials, which you can then circulate to your staff digitally and/or print these resources if you would like more to display across your workplace. If you would like your organisation's branding to be incorporated into these posters for a small fee, please email cyclesupply@tabooau.co with a high quality backgroundless PDF of your logo upon request.

Your order will be posted from our office in Adelaide, where we strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will typically be delivered via Australia Post. Please refer to their current delivery time estimates via their website. You will also receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email.

The most effective way to communicate this to your staff is via the informative posters we provide to you as a new Cycle Supply partner. These will be included in your order physically; accompanied by a QR code that will take you to our website where you can find further materials. We will also provide you with an email template that you can send out to your staff to introduce the initiative.

If you’d like to further aid us in our mission to end period poverty, you can make a donation via our website. Otherwise, you can ‘double your impact’ by supporting our Pad-It-Forward program. To do this, simply add the shop item “Pads for Others in Australia” to your cart when placing your next Cycle Supply order. Select the number of pads you would like to donate by increasing the quantity before adding to cart.

If you purchase products for others, you will receive regular email updates on the impact our “Pad it Forward” program is having on the community, that you can then share and celebrate with your organisation.

You will receive a ‘Getting You Started’ flyer with your order - with information on how to implement period products in your workplace. Or you may choose to download the digital version of the flyer via this link (link to be provided - use dummy URL for now). We recommend having the products available in the bathroom, where it’s most convenient for your staff to access. Some organisations keep the stock in a well labelled cupboard, others in baskets or display boxes. We recommend sending out a notification to your staff telling them that period products are now accessible in the bathrooms.

We have some beautiful, environmentally considered period product display units being designed, but in the meantime, sell a TABOO range of display boxes.

Re-ordering is easy. We recommend closely monitoring your bathrooms’ stock levels. Whenever you are running low, simply head to our website, log in to your Cycle Supply account and then place your order using this quick order form. Your previous orders will be listed on your account’s page, so you can either re-order the same quantity, or adjust your quantity according to your experience so far as an existing Cycle Supply partner.
